Syrian Development Fund

The Syrian Development Fund, a national economic institution established by Presidential Decree No. (112) of 2025, is dedicated to the project of rebuilding Syria and a prosperous future for all Syrians. As an entity enjoying financial and administrative independence and directly linked to the Presidency of the Republic, we dedicate our efforts to leading the path of sustainable development in the country. We believe that the cycle of true development begins with people and returns to them. Therefore, our mission extends beyond the reconstruction of vital infrastructure such as roads, bridges, and water and electricity networks to include aspects that directly affect the daily lives of citizens. We aim to revitalize the economy by financing development projects that create new job opportunities and empower individuals. We achieve this through innovative and diverse financing mechanisms such as interest-free loans. We rely on contributions from Syrians inside and outside the country as a fundamental pillar, in addition to grants and donations accepted from outside Syria in accordance with applicable regulations and laws.
