The Syrian Development Fund is a national economic institution established by Presidential Decree No. (112) of 2025. Dedicated to the reconstruction of Syria and the prosperity of its people, the Fund operates with financial and administrative independence under the direct oversight of the Presidency of the Republic.
Our mission transcends physical reconstruction; we believe true development begins and ends with the people. While we prioritize vital infrastructure—including roads, bridges, and utility networks—we also focus on revitalizing the economy by financing projects that create jobs and empower individuals. Through innovative financing, such as interest-free loans, and a reliance on contributions from Syrians worldwide, we aim to build a sustainable future anchored in transparency and integrity.
